Attending Coach Jim Sartoris' retirement party were (R-L), Dr. John Davitt, retired GCC Supt./President, Jim, Greg Osbourne Golf Coach, Tom Vessela, Jim's High School Coach and Alex Leon Sports Information Director.  Glendale College Sports Information Director Alex Leon on the left discusses the college teams with former Glendale College Western State Conference Quarterback Clay Gallagher.  The Coaches wives, on the left Karen Sartoris and Head Coach John Cicuto's Wife Sally compare their selection of the buffet supper at the retirement of Jim Sartoris, a fun and nostalgic evening for the hundred plus attendees celebrating the forty years that Jim was associated with Glendale College.    L-R, Greg Osbourne, GCC men's Golf Coach, Ann Ransford Executive Director of the GCC Foundation and Tom Vessela Jim Sartoris' high school football coach and former ass't football coach at GCC enjoying some fun time at Jim's retirement gathering.   The Lady that made this evening possible, Mrs.Margaret Sartoris,was the subject of attention all evening. Her Sisters and Brother's in law as well as her Daughter's family and her Grandchildren shared the evening with her.   Sharing the VIP Table were L-R, Jim Sartoris, Karen Sartoris talking with Chris Hale, former GCC and USC All-American DB who played seven years in the NFL,Son Steven Sartoris and Jim and Karens' Granddaughter 013_12A.JPG
