Two stalwarts of the Women's Track & Field Team, Tove Berg on the left and Brenda Santana. Tove Berg set a school record in the 3000 meters in 9:56.65 breaking her own record of 9:59.55 that she set last week in the Riverside Invitational. Tove also won the 1500 meters in a personal best time of 4:43.53. Brenda Santana finished fourth in the 3000 meters in 11:12.23, a personal best time.

The 2007 Glendale College Vaquero men's and women's relay teams prior to the Western State Conference #3 meet with College of the Canyons, Cuesta and Oxnard College's. The men's 4x400 relay team of Troy Huizenga, Ricky Davis, Cecil Menifield and Chris Marshall finished second in a season best time of 3:22.26. The women's 4x400 relay team of Sandra Martinez, Crisel Venancio, Desiree Ruiz and Lili Hernandez also finished second in a season best time of 4:27.07.
