The 2007 Women Vaqueros Tennis Team. L-R, Deanna Meza Hernandez, Miyuki Yokozuka, Maria Bagaforo-Team Captain, Sonia Rodriguez, Zaira Rojas, Nancy Bogado, Jennifer Chung, Coach Terry Coblentz  Doubles Teams for 2007.L-R Maria Bagaforo and Jennifer Chung, Miyuki Yokozuka and Sonia Rodriguez, Zaira Rojas and Nancy Bogado.  Team Captain Maria Bagaforo was one of the leading scorers for the Vaqueros. She and doubles partner Jennifer Chung were named Honorable Mention as the #1 team all-Western State Conference.   Jennifer Chung about to make contact with her backhand. Jennifer's ground strokes won a ton of games for GCC this season.   The most improved freshman was Sonia Rodriguez. She worked her way up the ladder and was named to the first team all-Western State Conference as the #4 singles player.  Miyuki Yokozuka eyes an incoming ball to her backhand. Miyuki played an important role in the 2007 season. She and doubles partner Zaira Rojas were named Honorable Mention, #2 team, on the all-Western State Conference team A backhand on its way from the racquet of Team Captain Maria Bagaforo.
