The 2007 Women Vaqueros Tennis Team. L-R, Deanna Meza Hernandez, Miyuki Yokozuka, Maria Bagaforo-Team Captain, Sonia Rodriguez, Zaira Rojas, Nancy Bogado, Jennifer Chung, Coach Terry Coblentz  The most improved freshman was Sonia Rodriguez. She worked her way up the ladder and was named to the first team all-Western State Conference as the #4 singles player.  Miyuki Yokozuka eyes an incoming ball to her backhand. Miyuki played an important role in the 2007 season. She and doubles partner Zaira Rojas were named Honorable Mention, #2 team, on the all-Western State Conference team    Picture perfect follow thru following the backhand for Nancy Bogado. Coach Coblentz will be looking for a lot of wins from Nancy next season.   Team Captain Maria Bagaforo with doubles partner Jennifer Chung were named to the all-Western State Conference Honorable Mention as the #1 doubles team.  Zaire Rojas returns a backhand with a bit of authority. Zaire was named Honorable Mention as the number 6 singles player on the all-Western State Conference team. A backhand on its way from the racquet of Team Captain Maria Bagaforo.
