001_24.JPG  The Glendale College Vaqueros do a great number of different exercizes to limber up before a game. Note the left bridge, the double bridge, the bicycle, the lower back bridge,etc,etc.  The average athlete has full realization that unless your body is limber your not ready for a 100% effort in a ball game, especially staring from the zero position.   Cristobal Alvarez, a freshman from John Burroughs High School in Burbank leads the pre-designed stretches prior to the Canyons game.   The Glendqle College pitchers in a warm up before the start of the game. Navad Poringer got the call as the starter for the Canyons game and went eight and one half innings giving up seven hits.
